Butmicke playground

To reach the playground, it is best to park your car in the parking lot at Schützenplatz and walk from there under the Meinhardus Mattenschanzen. The playground is about 15-20 minutes' walk away. You can also take bus no. 80 from the town center to the "Im Brannten" stop. The playground has a slide, a sandpit, 2 swings, a climbing frame, a rocking horse, a seesaw and a bench. The highlight: a stream runs right along the edge of the playground, which is great for playing and refreshing yourself in summer.If you want even more, you can take a walk around Badinghagen Castle, which is also accessible with a baby carriage or similar. However, this can only be seen from the path as it is privately owned.
