The Lörmecketurm is located at the highest point of the Arnsberg Forest Nature Park. In good weather, you have a wonderful view over Hochsauerland. The observation tower is located directly on the "Sauerland-Waldroute" premium hiking trail.
From the "Lörmecketurm" hiking parking lot directly on the B55 between Meschede and Warstein, you can reach the observation tower after a 3.5 km walk. This path can be covered without any major inclines and is also accessible with a baby carriage (gravel path).
If you prefer something a little more athletic, you can start your hike to the Lörmecketurm in Eversberg at the "Buchplette" hiking parking lot. Here we follow the A8 hiking trail, which runs parallel to the SauerlandWaldroute.
